The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Green Bay adheres to the highest standards of ethical bookkeeping, tax reporting and accounting practices. In accordance with the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service directive (Schedule O, Form 990 Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax) the governing documents, conflict of interest policy, financial statements and 990 tax returns must be made available for public inspection.
